​Point of Banking (POB) Terminals work similar to ATM machines in the fact that Customers swipe their card punch in their PIN numbers. They then take the receipt that they get to a cashier and the cashier will give them money out of the machine. The customers account will be debited the amount and the merchants account is credited that amount.

So what are the benefits of this?? Well not only do you not have to pay the processing fees from running the debit card but you will also make part of the surcharge that is applied. As the merchant you choose the surcharge fee which is good to have around $2.00-$3.00 because if it gets too high no one will use it and if its to low you wont make any profit.
